Solera Backup

Solera Backup is operated by one person for their own use. It collects no personal data from anyone, has no other users, and shares nothing with third parties.
When authorised, the application uses the Google Drive drive.file scope. This scope grants access only to files the application itself creates. It cannot see, read, list, download, modify or delete any other file, folder or document in the Google Account.
Within that limit, the application:
Each archive is a database dump and a set of photographs belonging to the operator’s personal cellar application. Every archive is encrypted with AES-256 on the operator’s own server before upload. The encryption key is held only on that server and is never transmitted to Google or to anyone else. Google stores ciphertext it cannot read.
None. These pages set no cookies, run no analytics, embed no third-party scripts, and do not log visitor identities for any purpose beyond ordinary web-server request logs.
No data is sold, rented, shared, transferred or disclosed to any third party. There are no advertisers, no analytics providers and no data processors. The only parties involved are the operator and Google, acting as the storage provider the operator chose.
Remote archives are deleted automatically once older than 30 days. The operator may delete the Drive folder or revoke the application’s access at any time from their Google Account permissions page, which immediately and permanently ends all access.
Solera Backup’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
