Solera Backup

Solera Backup is a private utility operated by one individual for their own personal use. It is not offered to the public, accepts no registrations, and has no users other than its operator. These terms exist because Google requires a published terms document for applications that use its APIs.
Access is limited to the single Google Account belonging to the operator. No mechanism exists by which any other person can authorise, access or use the application.
The application is not sold, licensed or monetised in any form. No payment is taken from anyone.
The application is provided strictly “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability or data integrity. The operator accepts that backup software can fail and does not rely on it as a sole safeguard.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for any loss of data, loss of service or other damage arising from the use or failure of this application.
